Okay everybody, it looks like the 21/29 is a rare gear set, so I've done some gear charts perusing and have come up with 22/30 needed for my gearbox. Kerry

Okay, I solved my third gear issue and now I need to replace a pitted 2nd gear. Does anyone have a 21/29 hewland gear for sale? Kerry

Thanks Bill. I had one and it looks like that will suit my needs. But I just noticed that my 2nd gear 21 29 is starting to pit so I might as well replace it now. Do you have a 21 29? Kerry

So my 1275LP is just about ready to be installed, but I'm not sure about the ratios that are currently in my dog box. I know that the power band will be wider than my 948 so maybe I should re-gear for a bigger drop between shifts. I guess I'm asking if anybody has any suggestions for gear...

Thanks Rick. I already have a pair of aluminum hubs, but they are for the wire wheel discs so I need a the spacers to modify. It looks like J Becker has a pair for sale. Kerry

I need your help. I have a Tilton aluminum flywheel for my 1275 LP engine that's uses a 5.5 inch clutch .The hardened insert for the clutch sets in a recess in the flywheel and is located with the clutch attachment bolts. Does anyone know where I can get a new hardened insert. Kerry

Hello all. I just purchased a pair of upgraded spindles from Winners Circle and would like to know if anyone can tell me the Timken bearing numbers to use with these spindles? I understand there may be a difference in the radius on the inner bearing that could cause a problem by not correctly...

I've finally cut out and welded the rear fenders on my HP Sprite so I could lower it more. Measuring at the pinch seam under the rocker my first adjustment has the rear at 2 1/4 and the front at 2inches. I was wondering how this compares to some of the other prod Spridgets out there. Thanks
