adj. dampers

I am thinking of purchasing a set of World Wide Imports adjustable lever dampers for my HP sprite. Over the many years of racing my Sprite I have found the fluid viscosity that works for me. But, I am thinking that I may be leaving something on the table. Can anyone help me with some fedback on your experience with these dampers? Do they modify the valving or just install the restrictors? I seem to remember Ron Bartel saying he ended up on the full stiff setting when he used them. Thanks

Kerry - Wasn't me. I've never used them.
