FWIW - a 23/27 would work too. Negligible difference (<50 rpm) between the two.

Thanks Bill. I had one and it looks like that will suit my needs. But I just noticed that my 2nd gear 21 29 is starting to pit so I might as well replace it now. Do you have a 21 29?
