Aaron,
We have a board meeting tonight and I plan on going in with an attack plan to get the test day sanctioned. Wish me luck. Every driver that I have talked to wants this test day.

Hi Phil...

Will we get to use our midiv perm numbers? I notice most don't show up on the entry list online or rick's post above? Just curious...

Sam,

I assume that it depends on when the registrar gets to the numbers. When that will happen, I don't really know. Can you send her a message through motorsportsreg.com? If not, let me know. ps(dot)harris1(at)comcast(dot)net

From the Midsouth region website:

The Mid-South Region BOD has decided to hold a TEST DAY Friday March 30, prior to the Double Rational Race. All, SCCA, test day rules apply, including tech. Everyone is welcome and bring your friends. $150 all day, or $100 after lunch. Cash or check only at the track Friday. See, Bud Brazelton, at the track Friday.

See you there

The F class is shaping up quite nicely. Six current entries and very competitive.

Mr. Ruck??? This track should fit the Integra quite nicely and easy to come up to speed.

Anybody else game? Mentor and Master??

Thanks to Hoosier, I now have a brand new pair of running shoes to break in..... :applause:

EP needs more entries!

Unfortunately I kinda shot myself in the foot with that idea. About a week before going to Atlanta, problems popped up that showed whatever issue we had at the Runoffs was still there, and wasn't the coil-pack as previously thought. So, I ripped out the entire engine management system because I was tired of dealing with it and it's unknown questions and problems, and replaced it with something much, much better that my tuner and I have been wanting to do for a while now. (Seriously, who runs British engine management, that has practically zero US support to boot?) The install was finished on Monday, and the car is currently over at the tuners, so (hopefully) it could pretty easily be ready for Memphis. But, since I was planning on doing Atlanta, I had ruled out Memphis and instead signed on to participate in a huge project at the Transportation Research Center near here from March 24th - April 1. I thought about telling them something else came up and I could only participate through Thursday the 29th, but that wouldn't be real professional of me. But yeah, I agree that track looks "Integra friendly", which makes it even harder.

When were SUs added as an optional carb setup to the Integra's spec line?

So it sounds like you need to come to Hallett.

I really think Eric should meet Kevin half way and both of you come to Memphis.

Since Kevin already gave his excuse, mine is that I don't want to race at Memphis :-/

Just trying to stay positive to help the Mid South region and their efforts to get a new track built based on participation. Hopefully everyone in the Mid West division will lend their support.

Hmmm, 850 miles and 14.5 hours.

Yeah, that's about four hours past "No f'ing way!".

Since we have never been to Memphis I have a newbie question.............is the track the same configuration as it was before the shutdown or have changes been made?

The track is still the same as before the shut down. It is not scheduled for a change until 2013 and that depends on participation this year. I sure hope that the MiDivers will come out of the closet and support MIR and the Mid-South Region.

thanks for your consideration.
