Update for you folks.
I'll be taking this over for Eric, for the near future. Be patient I don't come here often.
I'll be converting to a shared Google Document (you'll have access even if you don't have any google accounts)

I'm just gonna take the existing sheet and create an online version.
I'll also update that sheet with the 3 records that are posted here.
