Tilton flywheel friction inserts?

Does anyone know where I can get Tilton Flywheel friction insert? Typically they have 12 fastener holes that attach within a Tilton Flywheel...Tilton dosn't sell them anymore... It's for a Triumph 1500 Spitfire.
