When booking the hotel make sure you say you are racing at MPH. Most of them have special lower MPH rates.

I would say I-29 to Topeka then 70 west to Hwy 81 north till you hit Hwy 6 going west.. hwy 6 & Hwy 81 jct is about 40 miles from MPH.. MPH is on hwy 6
I dont know about I29 right now, but Someone may know how far south its closed...

It is! I have never seen a track more manicured in my life, the restrooms & Showers as nice as the ones in my house! The Paddock is in better shape than most tracks!

A few pointers, T3 is a 80-100 mph corner, if you go off the out side, dont lift, keep your foot in it, the green stuff on the side has some grip! I have passed people with all 4 wheels in the green stuff... Its not grass.. BUT may clog your Radiator..

T13, Go in deep deep, dont turn in early or you will not be on the track coming out... 2nd gear in most 4 bangers...

Joe, if ya fly down I will let ya run My GTI!!!!

I will be there in FP. Need to go out back and shake the money tree.
I have heard different "pet names" for wives but that is a new one.

Interesting schedule. Not sure I see the benefit in a 40-minute qualifier to open the weekend--particularly on a track that most national drivers have not seen. I'd much rather have two shorter sessions, maybe one of them even being a practice to learn where the place goes.

I realize the schedule isn't made for my edification, but do any of the drivers see much benefit to this rather than two shorter sessions like every other two-day double national I've ever been to?
