In going through my brothers parts collection I found New Old Stock Competition Swivel Axels and Timken Wheel Bearing set.
Purchased from Winner Circle in 2003 and never installed. Price in 2003 $497.67. Looking to sell for $450.

Are there threaded inserts welded on the top/bottom kingpin holes like Mikee used to have on his car?

These would be the ones with the welded in spindle, I think they still need a OEM kingpin. Like this:

Understood - Mikee had threaded bungs welded on the top and bottom of them (at least he did at Mid O in 2016 when I last saw the car), and then two grade 8 bolts threaded in to them basically act as the kingpin. My car came with the same style - IIRC, Joel said they were Winner's Circle comp spindles and then had the threaded inserts welded in. I have a set of the Winner's Circle ones like you show above ready to go that I need to weld bungs in to have them as a usable spare. If this set already has that done, I was going to jump on them and then sell my brand new WC ones that I just got from Jeff P last year.

I believe these are exactly as delivered by Winners Circle. I believe they will require normal Kingpins but I am not an expert.
