Replaced by a robot?

And here I thought Formula-E couldn't possibly be any less interesting to me.....and they go and do this.

I'm gonna laugh if they all crash into a big ball in turn 1, just like the robots that drive today's IndyCars.

I think it was about 50 years ago, Road and Track had a story about programable driverless cars. Just as funny then as it is now.

On the same thread..........the new Chevy Bolt (replacement for the Volt, that they just committed to producing) claims to have a feature (in certain urban areas I guess) that will allow you to exit your car at your destination and then the car autonomously searches for a parking place. You summon the car via your smart phone just before you need it and it picks you up at the door. Oy.

What's next????????????
