Help with logging in

I have a friend who has been trying to log on to this website for several weeks without any luck. He got a new computer and lost his previous password information and has used the "forgot password" link without any kind of response and has tried this several times over the past 3 weeks without any luck. Has anyone here experienced the same thing? Is there a site moderate that I can have him email directly to see how he can get a new password or someone else for him to email directly? Any feedback from forum members that I can pass along to him would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Bill

Any chance his new PC uses a different browser. May try downloading Google Chrome and logging in. Had to do this recently to access my bank as they no longer worked with Firefox!

If one types on the Members tap (upper right hand corner of page) the first four members are site Moderators.

I tried to help a friend to log in some time ago and emailed and messaged all four people listed and got no responses so there must be some other way to solve this problem
