GPS lead to data system

Forgive the stupid question........but I'm putting a 21st century data system into a 19th century car and I'm in over my head. As usual, I dependent on the kindness of strangers. Or at least the strange.

The GPS lead is waaaaay too long. Should I loop the extra? Or should I lay it along itself back and forth? Am I over analyzing the situation and it just doesn't matter how it navigates its way through the chassis?

Because it's a coax/antenna wire, you would be best served to keep it away from other sources of noise. otherwise, I haven't seen issues with coiling or folding the wire back on itself. at least not in my world of assembling survey gear with stupidly long coax cables...
