Fluid recommendation

I am lookig for recommendations for diff fluid in a new Tranx limitedslip sprite diff? I prefer Mobil 1 stuff in my Nissan diffs but maybe this needs something special?

Joe,

I use AMSOIL 75W-90 synthetic with their Slip Lock additive. Have never had problems. Customers have had the same results.

I bought a Spridget Tran-X diff from Craig Chima, and he advised to use a Redline Gear Oil.... however, there are several choices from the company and I do not recall which one he advised. I used their "Medium Shockproof Gear Oil" most of the time after that. Redline could advise. Joel
 
I have been using Redline's lightweight shockproof in the aforementioned diff. Haven't had any issues...
 
I prefer Mobil 1 and Amsoil before Redline, but all are fine oils. We use the LW shockproff in all our prod gearboxes, thats great stuff. Except when you're trying to clean it off!
