100 psi pump

From experience, do not buy the Summit brand fuel pump.
Walbro and Bosch are good along with many others.

Make sure to filter the inlet side from the tank.

The 044 and 413 pumps are the same pumps but the 413 are tested at the factory to 8 bar (116 psi).

You can get adapters to go from the metric threads to an AN fitting.

You do need to use a low pressure intake lift pump with these pumps.

When I was having fuel issues with my car I went to a Walbro in tank pump that is inside a ATL blackbox. In the end I found out that it was a crushed braided return line that was causing the problem.

Here is a flow chart for the Bosch 044 pump

At 100 psi (6.9 bar) you are right at the limits of the 044 pump.

The PDF linked above it show the charts for the 413 that go to 9 bar. You will need to use a relay because at 7 bar you are going to be pulling about 13 amps with 12 volts.

I've used a mid 90's Ford F150 inline pump. Not sure if it will handle 100psi, but I've seen it do 60psi with no problems. Cheap and reliable.
