Can someone clarify for me..... Is a bolt on crossmember considered open for modification? I understand you can't change chassis bolting points, but can you change points on the crossmember itself? Limited prep fp car

Car is ready to run as soon as I get a cam. I can only find regrinds for my crx d16. Anybody have some ideas for me? Thanks
