Video and data overlay software

Who has experience with these type of products? Is it fairly straightforward to get everything all synched up in the absence of a GPS based camera or DAQ. I am aware of this product but no others. http://www.racerender.com/RR2/Features.html

I use ChaseCam Dashware. It works fine but takes some time. Fully customizable on the display. I use an AIM dash as well.

I use TrackVision Ver 2.1 and it has worked good for me using my RacePak data and HD video from my Flip camera.

I agree with Eric it tends to be a slow process specially with HD video but very easy to use and customize.

I use the race technology optional feature. It works well.

I will say that the circumstances where data over video is useful (compared to data in the analysis software) is limited. I only use it to burn dvds for non computer friendly folks.

It does make the videos look cool!

I like the feature in the analysis software where you can simultainously see the video frames for each lap being compared. It can show you things like line issues or highlite traffic.

Glad to see someone else take 4,5,6 at Hallett like I do. I was there just before Thanksgiving and went with dad to a HPDE, and they made me grab a ridealong with an instructor since I hadn't been there in a few years. He late-apexed 4 and 6 so bad, I thought he was going to drive off the end of the track! The guy must drive a Cobra or something...
