Due to unprecedented entries in the Production/GTL/B-Spec group at the June Sprints, this race group is being split into groups 2A/2B – with 2B being B-Spec. The basics are as follows:
2A/2B will still practice together. 2A/2B will qualify separately but “seamless”. This process will be reviewed at the Driver’s Meeting after practice. Both groups will have both races separately.
Note this has impact on all drivers, as each day will now start at 8:00AM, and the schedule has been adjusted. An updated schedule will be posted and sent out via MSR soon.
All of this would not be possible without our loyal SCCA volunteers, and Road America track staff. All of these fine people will be getting to the track earlier each day, having their lunch shortened, and day extended for this to happen. Please be sure to acknowledge them at every opportunity.
