If you're unsure about how important caster is to handling just ask your friend at the pointy end of the field all about it.

Here's a new product that allows you to precisely set caster (on your scales with no suspension binding) without the staggering $700 price of a set of old school caster/slip plates. I'll be at the SCCA Runoffs in a few weeks with a set you can hold in your hands to review, will also have a few sets to sell.

See Jay Lutz. See me with #22 FP white Honda Civic Si in paddock location: Competition Paddock A244 That's 100' directly west of the fuel station

I showed the product around the paddock and had some great responses.....even sold 3 sets even though that was not the primary goal. If you have interest call me directly for special pricing that you won't get anywhere else.

Thanks, Jay

I'm not much of an endorsement fan but when an 11 time SCCA National Champion who is the GOD of Corvette track performance and handling and has had access to virtually unlimited, best of the best tools at GM really likes something.......... I pay attention.

John Heinracy recently purchashed a set of our caster/slip plates and with his permission his post use comments include:

* Worked great, no suggested improvements to the product.......just a few comments of clarification on the use instructions
* I really like the simplicity of the product....simple generally beats complex
* Good value, very happy with the purchase

Don,

As one of the founding members of this site (I organized the meeting at my car at the Runoffs that led to John Salisbury Sr's initial creation of the site, for those of you actually there I was the one that suggested the idea of a website for HP competitor communication) and with almost 1800 posts I'm hardly a typical commercial poster....but I see your point. Just trying to help out a bit. Jay

I'll be at the Prodfest at VIR next weekend crewing for Peter Morton (British Racing Green FP Lotus 7) if anyone wants to check out the hardware in person.

Thx. Jay

Thanks Jason. I won't be there, but check out the hardware in person at SEMA (Las Vegas), PRI (Orlando) and the IMIS (Indianapolis) show. Correction..........I'll be at IMIS. Thanks, Jay

If you plan to be at PRI in Orlando this week check them out at the Mittler Brothers Machine and Tool booth location #4925. Talk to Brian Springmeir if you can. We will also be at IMIS in Indy next week.

Thanks, Jay
