Foe some HP midgets/sprites and spitfires ... the GCR has a designation of prep level 1/2.... I assume this is limited prep motor with full prep suspension etc..... GCR says see "notes" for explanation. Can someone point me to where these "notes" are? sect, p #?

Thanks

Notes are on the 2nd page of the vehicle spec sheets in the GCR

For instance here are the notes from a HP Mini Cooper that has the prep level 1/2 designation:

Compression ratio limited to 11.0:1, Valve lift limited to .450”. Drivetrain Level 2 preparation only. Listed
spec line weight does not change with alternate or stock transmission. Battery tray may be removed.
Alternate intake manifold #CAM-6618.

It should designate what's level 2 and what's level 1 prep.

So this is what I see... for the triumph spitfire for example... in the notes "column"

Compression ratio limited to 11.0:1, Valve lift limited to .450”. Drivetrain Level 2 preparation only. Listed
spec line weight does not change with alternate or stock transmission. Battery tray may be removed. 1500- alternate intake manifold- Pierce #J15-1952 allowed.

Hi-lighted in red above... says drive train level 2 only... where does it say I can have full prep suspension? I assumed if the GCR doesn't say it,,then I can't do it... . I guess it is assumed since the level of prep is called out as "1/2" then everything except drivetrain can be level 1... Could be clearer... but I guess it works for me..

You are correct in your interpretation.
