just for ease:

this is actually a serious question. I don't want to have to discuss in tech!

a stock tail light looks like this:

Buy a set of the ricer ones, trade some kid on s2k.com for stock ones, profit.

First one under the OE part sure looks stock.

Yes the salvage yards are there. Range from 200-300/ side and many have had problems once they get them.

Scrolling down the list, there are some as low as $100 each. considering you need one at the moment, $100<$300. but yes, I hear ya when it's a gamble on getting one with all of the mounting tabs and whatnot intact. if they're not, then I give them ONE chance to correct the problem and either issue a complete refund (with shipping), or replace with another good condition part. If they don't do either, then I dispute the charge to credit card as they sold me damaged goods, and the problem goes away.

Stock type means a knock-off replacement that looks like the original but doesn't necessarily say Honda on it. Not some ricer tuner thing that fits in the same hole.

I wasn’t going to get the tuner route. But my thought is the middle one is perfectly acceptable. The 1999-2003 lights are different than the 2004-2009. They don’t have a separate turn signal. I need 2004+

And like most things the Early car stuff is cheaper than the later car stuff. But we’ve already been down that road and there appears to be no chance to combine lines or just class s2000 regardless of year with 2.0 or 2.2.
