That's from an old 2017 motorsportreg entry page.

That will work, thanks!!

Thought it was strange they sent out 7 pages of parking spots without a map.

Its been my experience both with the July vintage race and the Sprints that RA and SCCA paddock planners have it together when it comes to parking these 300+ car events. Its always been pretty seamless for me.

But I agree the map should have been in the email. They left the map off last year and I had to go digging as well.

Only reason I posted was other than the Runoffs, for largest event of the year there should be no parking questions.

He dropped a valve Friday morning. Engine is done.

Meanwhile I'm continuing to have the same electrical gremlins that started to present themselves at Mid-Ohio. Yesterday it ran 8 lap, progressively getting worse, before it totally laid down. Couldn't even get it to start for this morning's qualifying session. Got it running for the race after hours and hours of diagnosing, thinking we had it figured out. Yeah, only lasted four laps before going haywire. Not looking good for tomorrow, cause I'm out of ideas and parts to throw at this thing.

Yup, waived the white flag on the racecar at about 11am and started loading up, thinking "Hey maybe I can still get home to see my kids before bed, cause this is a waste of time." When I finally got in my truck at 12:30pm to begin the ~7 hour drive home, the starter motor decided to fry itself. Road America said it had to be out of the paddock this evening, so it all got moved outside the track with their help. Got a new starter motor in hand now, and will be back in the morning to attempt the swap. This thing is huge. (2000 Excursion 7.3L PSD)
