Les, you ever figure out where the rear tow end came from on the test day?

Yep the right rear lower control arm was pretty damn close to broke in half. I could actually take the wheel once I got it in the air and move it about a inch in either direction. It sort of sent a cold chill up my back when I thought about it breaking going up the uphills so I’m glad that I actually listened to what the car was telling me

Wow, great to hear a smart racer out come. Glad you stopped over in south paddock. Could have been a wild ride had you kept going. Successful test day when you find something that could put you out of contention later.

Les was smart and stopped at the first safe pull off after he felt the car handling strange. Many of us don't always listen to what the car is trying to tell us and pay the price. Les even brought his trailer over to the south paddock and didn't even risk driving the car back through the infield.

Hey Les, wonder if you would have done the same thing 20 years ago?
