I think Brian was looking for Yes's!

I'll be there in EP. Already qualified. Spending the summer prepping the car, sitting in the pool, and get some testing in. Looking forward to it!

At the beginning of the year I was about 75% yes. Now I'm about 35% no unless some things change. Time off and tow costs are just too much.

I'd go, but just can't justify dragging my EP out from Memphis. Has anyone looked into loading your car (and tools, spares, awning, etc.) in a freight container and have it dropped off at the track (assuming the track would let me work out of a freight container)? Could even get a couple of cars in a 40 ft one. You see them as an option of moving households and know they use them a lot in the military, so thought I'd throw it out to the forum.

Thanks,

Don Tucker

Yes, GTL going to Sonoma at the end of the month to finish qualifying and get setup info. There are shipping options for people that want to minimize travel time.

I will be there for the Runoffs. I am still repairing the damage from the Portland race so I will not be at the Major at Sears Point.

At the beginning of this year I was 100% going. After my last qualifying weekend at Buttonwillow, it went to 0%. I broke the part of the rear main bearing area the routes the oil back into the pan. That engine was my only running engine. I was in the process of building a new engine for the Runoffs but it would barely be done in time for the Runoffs. There are ways I could still qualify for the Runoffs but I don't want to thrash to get to the Runoffs and have a chance that I still may not make it.

I like the Sonoma track and am disappointed not to make it for the big event.
