Cant understand how any Prod car would burn these up, none should be that heavy? I did Mid-Ohio, Indy, Sonoma Runoffs all on S75, just as fast at the end as the beginning. Will never go back to the harder tire.

I had the same experience with Jason.

My E30 (and I) love the S75.

It's not that heavy, the car just drives that squirrely. solid rear axle and you have to drive it slightly sideways to be fast, which cooks the tires.. I've never had a car that eats tires so much, so I took the Tom Thrash approach and put hard compound (S100) on the rear, with medium (S80) up front. I can get the car to last a 45 min race without falling off that way, but the tires are still done and falling off after two heat cycles. When I ran S80 front and rear, the car would be faster for the first 5 laps, but then fall off after about lap 10 or so and others would catch up at the end of the race while I was sliding around on greasy tires. and that was with me trying to drive conservatively and not romp on the gas at corner exit, which is where an RX7 has to make up for its lack of cornering ability.
