Its been a great run but its time for us to withdraw from competition. 20 years has been enough and its time to move on. Melinda and I have made many great friends and had a lot of fun along the way and, for that, we thank you very, very much. Waaaaay too many names to recognize so I'll dispense with that for the time being. You know who you are.

The entire package (trailer, chassis, ubermotor, spares, etc.) needs to go so here are the particulars. I'm asking $7500 for the chassis, $6500 for the ubermotor. The trailer ($15k) will be a separate thread. Pricing is negotiable as we can craft a package to suit your needs. Its located in central Michigan and delivery is negotiable as well.

I bought it as a roller and realized pretty quickly that it would be damn near a ground up rebuild. It took the better part of two off seasons to complete. New (legal) cage, new fuel system, new cooling system, completely rewired, new paint job (ala 60's Lotus F1). All it really needs is a better driver. All the pieces are there for someone who knows what they're doing to make this car fast.

The motor is something else. 118 peak HP with a stock exhaust system. It would come with the air density gauge we used at the dyno session and 11 sets of needles to make sure it makes GREAT power at any temperature or weather condition. This motor was George's project back in 2013 and it's been a solid performer. It comes as a complete system (carbs to oil pan, water pump to clutch).....I will not part this out.

Pictures of the process and a spec sheet with back story are available here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-Bf1D ... 4ygP9IL8tx

Dayle, sorry to see you retire from the seat. I know you will stay involved with the Club. Always a pleasure to see you at tech. I retired from driving in 2008 and it was a good decision for me. I've had a great time since then with tech and Admin duties. Best to you.

This chassis is ready to accept your FP or HP motor and off you go. Let me know if you have any questions (hdf3.wtr80@gmail.com).

Dayle,

Once you sell everything you should consider champcar. Lots of fun with none of the work. No SCCA silliness as well. J
