Most of the time, the flat seat nuts come with the washers.(hubcentric) Often the washers are "captured" with a raised knurl .
Barring that, try fastenal and turn the nuts a bit to fit some standard hard washers.

Fastenal is going away from suppling parts to individuals. They want larger contractor or corporate accounts now.

You might even check for Nissan/Infiniti. The wheels on my Infiniti have the stupid lugnuts w/ washers on em.
not sure if they're the same size as the revolution wheels though.

Jerry;

Google "Lug Nut Captive Washers. Many suppliers of lug nuts. One of them could guide you.

Try: "https://www.brandsport.com/lug-nut-washers" Many washers.

In a previous life I made my own captive washer lug nuts. Extended version of an American product Lots of work.

Enjoy the hunt.

Merry CHRISTmas.

Good old tube nuts !! We used them on the ITB Volvos back in the day. Give me some diameters - I may still have a few.

Mini Mania carries the Revolution lug nuts with washers. They might sell you just the washers.
