Nice article on Larry Moulton in Hemmings Motor News, for those of us who remember him and his very fast Turner 1500. Always looked forward to the artistic new paint jobs that he debuted each year at the Runoffs. A real competitor, who trailered all the way from Salt Lake City to SoPac for the Nationals.

Larry's gone karting. Me too. He's part owner of a kart shop in Salt Lake. I see him about once a year prepping his son's kart when SKUSA comes to Vegas.

I'd see him at Miller Motorsports Park whenever I raced there. He was involved with karting there.

A couple more of Larry's creations, Larry inspired me to do a few wild paint jobs myself, I couldn't wait to see his car each year to see what he had came up with.

Found this picture of my Turner 950 S. It's the red car in the middle of the front. Trying to sneak through at the start. This was the first of three 950 S's I had. Sold it right after the race.
