I am looking for new or lightly used shifter forks and shifter rails for Richmond and/or Taylor Spridget dox box conversions.

Can't help you on the shifters but I learned from Mike Miller of Comptune that I could weld the cone shaped hole where the locating screw holds the shifter on the rail, re-position the shifter on the rail and re-drill a hole in the proper place using a center drill bit. All this on my Webster Spridget box.

Very tedious for me to locate the proper location. Had to dry assemble all rails/shifters to really see how things lined up.

After a few false starts, I got it right.

You could start with lightly used stock rails and modify as above.
