With Goblin's Go coming up, we'd like to run our ITB Honda in HP. It's a 1990, and has a spec line under HP in the PCS. If I understand correctly, we can run it in the same trim/prep/ tires as in ITB, just change the class designation. Is that correct? Seems like I read that somewhere but wanted...
